We are rather lucky that Cornwall attracts so many talented photographers - mind you I'm thinking it may have something to do with Poldark too?!
Well lucky for us the filming of Poldark is on our doorstep (but no I've refrained from hanging around Charlestown drooling at Ross!) so we have a lot to offer now in our little patch of Cornwall!
Rewind to last May and we opened our flower garden up to Samantha & Reid of Orange Photographie. I wafted around the garden in my trusty TOAST smock, which I will take this moment to add, yes, even I have noticed that many photos of me contain me wearing an orange top!....New Years resolution is to try a new colour (I'm trialing green at the moment and the jury is out). I picked all the ingredients for a hand-tied bridal bouquet which, later that day, formed part of a photoshoot for Orange Photographie.
It's lovely looking back at this time of year on what the garden was like. The garden looks so brown and sludgy at the moment and we've had sooooooo much rain. These pretty images really cheered me up! So thank you Sam & Reid today we live in hope and excitement for the coming May!
