Boconnoc Wedding for Allie & Eden - Early May

I think it would be fair to say that Boconnoc was planted to maximise all the large flowering shrubs for a spring showing. The gardens surrounding the house burst into life in May and if the flowering camellias and rhododendrons weren’t enough to feast your eyes on then just head behind the house to see not one but two varieties of flowering wisteria and a clematis! This is your wedding backdrop all sorted for you!

Allie and Eden’s wedding oozed timeless elegance something in our ‘trend lead’ world that often gets forgotten. I know I’ll be looking back on these images in a decade and they will still be relevant and classic.

It was a joy to work with this fabulous couple I only wish they could do it all over again! Huge thanks to you both for sharing your beautiful wedding with us.

Church Flowers

Allie and Eden married in the beautiful church on the Boconnoc grounds. Sat just above the house this wonderful church is a small walk to your ceremony.

We dressed the outside the house with a classical growing arch, echoing how flowers grow in the garden from the ground up. Large galvanised planters of florals were placed at the base with branch work climbing up the beautiful entranceway. Filled with butterfly rannunclus, germs, jasmine and flowering apple blossom this arrangement was the focal styling for the ceremony.

Bridal Party Flowers

Soft, delicate spring bouquets filled with rannunclus, sweet rocket, stocks, lilac bluebells and Icelandic poppies. I love Allie’s reaction to her bouquet!

Tables Flowers

Allie had a wonderful, clear and classical vision of how she wanted to style her tables for the wedding breakfast. Opting for the round tables each table was clothed in a beautiful taupe table cloth. The florals were created in a mix of studio pottery bud vases and bowls with terracotta potted herbs. Finished with fluted glassware, beaded white charger plates and tall tapered candles her vision was so fitting for this elegant room.

Golden Moments

That car, the bouquet car shots, just so beautiful.
